Anti-Spam Policy

Our position

MM Digital Marketing does not send spam. We only contact businesses about services that are relevant to what they do, and we follow the Australian Spam Act 2003 and the Do Not Call Register rules.

Who we contact and why

We contact tradies and local service businesses (for example tree services, electricians and skip bin hire companies) about our website, advertising and SEO services. We only contact people through business contact details that are relevant to their trade. We do not buy, rent or share email lists, and we do not send bulk messages to people with no connection to the business we are offering to help.

What every message includes

Every email or text we send clearly says who we are (MM Digital Marketing, ABN 38 203 006 477), includes accurate contact details, and gives a simple way to opt out. Reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE, or email us, and we will stop contacting you. We action opt-outs as soon as we can and always within 5 business days.

No misleading messages

We use accurate subject lines and sender details. We do not forge email headers, send from accounts that are not ours, or hide who the message is from.

Website forms

Details you send us through the contact, support or onboarding forms on this website are used to respond to you and to provide our services. We do not sell them.

Anyone working with us

Referral partners and anyone else who promotes MM Digital Marketing on our behalf must follow this policy. We do not allow unsolicited bulk messages to advertise our website or services.

Report a concern

If you have received a message that you think was sent by us or on our behalf and you did not expect it, email info@mmdigitalmarketing.com.au or call 07 5651 9756. We will stop contacting you and look into it. You can also contact the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) at acma.gov.au.
