Using this website

The content on this site is general information about our services and isn’t advice for your specific situation. Prices shown are current published prices and may change; the price that applies to you is the one confirmed in writing before work starts.

Our services

Services run month to month unless otherwise agreed in writing. Either party can end an engagement with [FILL IN: notice period, e.g. 30 days’] written notice.

Management fees are fixed and separate from advertising spend. Ad spend is paid separately from your own ad account and is never marked up or bundled into our fee.

We don’t guarantee a number of leads, enquiries, sales or a ranking position. We give a realistic estimate based on your market and budget and report on what actually happened.

New-client offers

25% off first month: new clients receive 25% off the first month’s management fee (the first four weeks for weekly-billed services) on Google Ads, Meta Ads or SEO. Management fees only; excludes ad spend and hosting.

30-day enquiry promise: for new Google Ads or Meta Ads clients, if fewer than 10 tracked enquiries (calls or form / lead-form submissions recorded by the campaign tracking) are recorded in the first 30 days from campaign launch, with ad spend at or above $30 per day for the full period, we continue managing the campaign without a management fee until the 10th tracked enquiry is recorded. Ad spend remains payable separately. This is a promise about our fee, not a guarantee of results, enquiries, jobs or revenue.

Both offers can be combined, apply once per business, and may be withdrawn for new clients at any time without affecting clients already on them.

What stays yours

Your domain, website files, hosting account, ad accounts, Google Business Profile and analytics remain in your name and under your ownership. If the engagement ends, you keep all of them.

Your responsibilities

You’ll provide the information, access, photos and approvals we need to do the work in a reasonable time, and you’re responsible for the accuracy of the business information you give us and for any claims made about your own services.

Payment

Invoices are payable within [FILL IN: payment terms, e.g. 7 days]. We may pause work on overdue accounts.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in question in the [FILL IN: e.g. three] months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
