What we collect

When you contact us, request a marketing plan or become a client, we collect the details you give us: your name, business name, trade, service area, phone number, email address and anything you tell us about your business and what you’re after.

Our website uses standard analytics and tracking (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta tracking) to understand how people use the site and to measure our own marketing. This may include your IP address, device and browser details, and the pages you visit. Cookies can be declined in your browser settings.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a marketing plan, deliver the services you engage us for, invoice you, and keep you informed about your account.

If you’re a client, we access accounts you authorise us to manage (for example Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Business Profile, Google Analytics and your website hosting) solely to deliver the services you’ve engaged us for. Those accounts remain yours.

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share your enquiries with other businesses.

Who we share it with

Service providers we use to run our business — for example email, invoicing, call-tracking, hosting and advertising platforms — only to the extent needed to provide the service. Some of these providers store data outside Australia.

We may publish client results (business name, figures and a quote) on our website only with that client’s permission.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to keep personal information secure and to delete or de-identify it when it’s no longer needed.

Access and correction

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing info@mmdigitalmarketing.com.au. If you have a complaint about how we’ve handled your information, contact us first; if you’re not satisfied you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
